Paulownia is a very light hardwood that is stable and easy to machine. Cores made with this material are lighter than Balsa/Flax cores, but are more expensive and require a lamination layer such as carbon-fibre to improve responsiveness.
STP Technology is a patent-pending process used to press a small wave into the length of the ski. This creates a ‘pre-stressed’ core with increased torsional strength, letting us use less wood to create lighter, more forgiving skis with above-average edge-grip. For 14/15, we have developed a variation of the technique that provides a perfectly flat base.
Tip rocker and either traditional or flat camber underfoot aids float off-piste yet retains feel on-piste.
Like a fine glass of wine, the Agent 100W is smooth, mature and leaves you wanting more. Fluent in the ascent, the Agent 100W climbs like a champ weighing in at only 1480g at 179cm due to a lightweight yet durable paulownia/carbon core. Sandwich construction, a 102mm waist, 5mm of camber, rockered tip and flat tail make the Agent 100W a breeze to ski on piste or in the deep stuff. So go ahead, have another - this run's on us.
