1.8MM EDGES

Used on 99% of our skis, the 1.8mm hardened steel edges are strong and dependable.
CARBON-FIBRE

Laminates such as fbreglass or carbon-fbre are used to compliment the properties of the core material by increasing torsional strength, edge-grip and rebound.
DIE-CUT PTEX 4000

Used on most of our skis. Sintered PTEX 4000 base material is more porous and holds wax better.
LACQUERED ICP2112 TOPSHEET

Used on most of our skis, gloss lacquered ICP2112 topsheets are colourfast and look great. The lacquer is applied to the ski after pressing.
ONE-PIECE PHENOL PLATES

Used on our Agent & Candide Thovex series, phenol is a hard plastic material that secures the binding screws. The one-piece design fits most touring bindings with centre screws.
PAULOWNIA

Paulownia is a very light hardwood that is stable and easy to machine. Cores made with this material are lighter than Balsa/Flax cores, but are more expensive and require a lamination layer such as carbon-fibre to improve responsiveness.
SANDWICH CONSTRUCTION

Used on most of our skis. A traditional manufacturing method that provides strength, durability, good grip and edge hold. Rubber is used to dampen vibration and bond the base layers to the core.
STP Technology

STP Technology is a patent-pending process used to press a small wave into the length of the ski. This creates a ‘pre-stressed’ core with increased torsional strength, letting us use less wood to create lighter, more forgiving skis with above-average edge-grip.
For 14/15, we have developed a variation of the technique that provides a perfectly flat base.
TIP ROCKER

Tip rocker and either traditional or flat camber underfoot aids float off-piste yet retains feel on-piste.

The lightweight paulownia and carbon cores fly up the ascent, whilst traditional camber, solid sidecut and rockered tip ensure that arcing turns and powder-filled descents are just as rewarding. The women’s Agent is available in two widths; a 90mm waist for more piste-orientated skiers and 100mm waist for those who love to go in the side country.
