Völkl freeskiing models feature a multi-layer wood core that features two different densities of wood. In the binding attachment area, a dense, ash core is used, while in the rest of the ski, the core is poplar. The more dense wood creates more secure screw retention, preventing binding pull-out, and the soft, supple poplar section allows for resilience and snap.
Effect: Makes the ski turn-friendly and allows for a stiffer flex setup. A longer ski can be selected.
Developed in conjunction with well-known rider Ahmet Dadali, the Revolt 95 is an incredibly multifaceted tool for younger riders. Its construction principle is designed around a directional shape that works for a wide range of jib-oriented riding situations. Its 21m radius is very versatile, and flex points in the tip and tail are ideal for buttering and tricks.
