The rocker profile and tip shape are combined into one progressively changing elliptical arc, which allows the tips to plane faster in powder, deflect less in variable snow, and helps the effective edge running within the rocker length to engage in a more natural, effortless way.
The sidecut consists of an elliptical arc that begins at boot center and gets progressively smaller as it extends toward the tip and tail of the ski, resulting in a ski that carves harder the more it is put on edge, yet remains stable when it is skied flat.
Before the Kartel, there was the Jeffrey, and from whence the Kartel came it now returns: welcome back, Old Friend.
A three width lineup for every style in any condition, the Jeffrey Series retains the all mountain focus and freestyle DNA our flagship skis have always been known and loved for. We build them to take a beating with full length carbon fiber stringers, 100% bamboo core, UHMW sidewall alongside the thickest bases & edges money can buy. Hybrid Sidecut + Elliptical Rocker profile result in a ski that carves aggressively when driven, but remains balanced and solid through the turn shape.
The skinniest in the family, Jeffrey 96 is our tried and true option for mixing freestyle park performance with everything you can find under the lifts. Spins, butters, bumps, a bit of fresh snow in the trees, or laying trenches down corduroy, these are the only skis you’ll ever need.
