The rocker profile and tip shape are combined into one progressively changing elliptical arc, which allows the tips to plane faster in powder, deflect less in variable snow, and helps the effective edge running within the rocker length to engage in a more natural, effortless way.
The sidecut consists of an elliptical arc that begins at boot center and gets progressively smaller as it extends toward the tip and tail of the ski, resulting in a ski that carves harder the more it is put on edge, yet remains stable when it is skied flat.
Before the Kartel, there was the Jeffrey, and from whence it came it now returns: welcome back, Old Friend.
A three width lineup for every style in any condition, the Jeffrey Series retains the all mountain focus and freestyle DNA our flagship skis have always been known and loved for. Built to take a beating, our skis have full length carbon fiber stringers, 100% bamboo cores, and UHMW sidewalls alongside the thickest bases & edges money can buy. Our Hybrid Sidecut + Elliptical Rocker profile result in a ski that carves aggressively when driven, but remains balanced and solid through the turn shape.
The middle child of the family, Jeffrey 108 is the do-it-all choice for west coast skiers looking for a playful yet powerful daily driver. As agile as it is versatile, it is at-home in the park, powder, crud, hardpack, and anywhere between. We say it’s an all mountain ski, and we mean it - it’s the only ski you’ll ever need.
