Our Progressive Flex Core™ features a trio of ash, basswood, and locust. Progressive Flex is the result of a thin strip of black locust wood in the waist of the ski that gradually widens towards the tip and tail, unlike traditional constant width sidewalls. This core produces a light ski with a responsive flex pattern optimized to keep edge hold strong by dampening vibration at the tip and tail. Ash underfoot helps drive the ski through each turn with stability and control.
The Proof is our all mountain East Coast ski. It is ideal for skiing bumps, groomers, and on those knee deep days. It's lively in trees initiating your turn easily. Our Progressive Flex Core and slight tip rocker makes for a pop in your turns. Black Locust sidewalls offer an unparalleled ability to turn these skis on edge and hold them even on the most bulletproof ice you can find from Vermont to Maine.
