CHIEMSEE LICENSES SPORT SOHN FOR HARDWARE
15 Oct 2005
Chiemsee, the German boardsports and lifestyle brand, together with the Ulm, Germany-based Sport Sohn as its licensee, is launching hardware for the 05/06 winter season. The first PlusMinus skis and snowboards are for ladies only and graphics correspond to the PlusMinus collection with zebra-design, hibiscus blossoms and angel's wing: the ski and board design is unmistakably Chiemsee and is targeted towards a young, cool and fun demographic. With years of experience in ski and snowboard production, Sport Sohn, an extremely successful retailer now enters merchandising. Chiemsee, the Sport Sohn Ski and Snowboard Team, and its own ski and snowboard school developed this hardware in close cooperation. From a technical point of view, the skis and snowboards are intended for a wide range of use, and Chiemsee emphasises their price-performance ratio. The three snowboard models sport two different constructions (dual woodcore and light solid woodcore) and three different lengths (147, 152, and 157 cm). The ski has an all-round carver geometry and is available in two different lengths (150 and 160 cm) with a 14 and 15 m radius. Angel /Hibiscus models are ?299 and the Zebra design skis and snowboard are ?349.For further information look at www.Chiemsee.comIn other Chiemsee news, the company recently moved into its new location in Bernau am Chiemsee.
