All new this season, The 191 Lhasa Pow Fat is an evolutionary variation of the 191 Lhasa Pow with an average 4 mm more width all the way around and a slightly different sidecut. It might not seem much bigger, looking at the numbers, but the 191 Lhasa Fat is like the 191 Lhasa on steroids. At dimensions of 144/117/125.5, its light (4.7 lbs per ski), strong, smooth, and stable. It will skin for powder, slay the deep and rip every condition at the resort without missing a beat. The 85 mm high tip will flex to keep your skis up in deep powder and wind cake, plane over and through chopped crud but never warble when you mach the hardpack at the bottom of the big face you just ripped the shit out of. It’s a landing platform and a solid edge hold with 2.5 mm of camber and a firm stiff flex underfoot for those moments when holding an edge really counts. This is the toy for big boys and strong girls. This ski works very well with skiers in a weight range of about 170-240 lbs. The last thing we’re worried about is that someone might break this ski.
